1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the viptaka 23 website located at https://viptaka-23.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support channels operated by viptaka 23. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

3 Account Registration and Security

Each eligible player may register exactly one account on viptaka 23. Duplicate accounts — whether registered using the same identity, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be void.

Registration Requirements

You must notify viptaka 23 promptly if any of your registered details change. viptaka 23 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to update account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or SMS OTP codes with any other person. Any action taken on the viptaka 23 platform using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact viptaka 23 support immediately at [email protected].

• Do not access your viptaka 23 account from shared or public devices.
• Always log out of your account when using a shared network or device.
• Enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication from your account settings.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification. You will be asked to submit a clear photograph or scanned copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport, and in some cases a proof of payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name). Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being flagged for review.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Deposit Terms

• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the name on your viptaka 23 account.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, viptaka 23 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks including source-of-funds verification.
• Withdrawals may be delayed during peak periods such as BPL season, IPL season, or T20 World Cup matchdays when transaction volumes are significantly elevated.
• Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered before a withdrawal can be processed against associated real-money funds (see Section 5 for bonus wagering requirements).

5 Bonus and Promotional Terms

viptaka 23 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, the 200% first-deposit welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal festival promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus

The viptaka 23 welcome bonus awards a 200% match on a player's first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500. The maximum bonus amount awarded under the welcome offer is subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page at the time the deposit is made. The welcome bonus is available to new registered players only and may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded on viptaka 23 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. As a general guide:

• Wagering requirements count only bets placed with real-money balance or bonus balance, as specified per promotion.
• Bets placed on sports betting markets count towards wagering requirements at the rate specified in the promotion terms.
• Certain game categories (typically progressive jackpot slots, live dealer games, and games with an RTP above 97%) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering — the eligible game list is published per promotion.

Bonus Abuse

Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using viptaka 23, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of entertainment-based online gambling. You agree not to engage in any conduct that interferes with the operation of the platform, undermines the integrity of any game or betting market, or causes harm to viptaka 23, its staff, or other players.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game mechanic.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from exploited errors are void.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, or any back-end system of the viptaka 23 platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in verbal abuse, threats, or harassment toward any viptaka 23 support staff member.
• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any proprietary content from the viptaka 23 platform without prior written authorisation.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a deposit made to viptaka 23 — other than in cases of genuine fraud — constitutes a breach of these Terms. viptaka 23 reserves the right to close the account of any player who initiates an unwarranted chargeback and to recover the disputed amount through available legal channels.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension and Closure

viptaka 23 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting software.
• Account activity consistent with money laundering or fraud.
• Confirmed or suspected underage use.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your viptaka 23 account at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure that is eligible for withdrawal (i.e., not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed. Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or enforced — your right to access the viptaka 23 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive account closure (including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and governing law) shall remain in force indefinitely following closure.
